As Angel gazed upon the saliva-coated mound of bones through the Eye of Nalda, he was utterly dumbstruck.

The information relayed to him by the “server” was so staggering, he could hardly trust his own eyes!

Step by step, he strode solemnly towards the entrance, his demeanor betraying no hint of his inner turmoil. Yet, within his heart, a tempest of emotions was already surging.

——’Void Demon’ Seamus!

Those bones, unbelievably, belonged to Seamus, known as the Void Demon!

Seamus was a rare demonic creature of moderate size that roamed the infinite void. If its level were to be translated into terms of the Wizarding World, it was no less than a being of true knowledge level. While such a demon rank is not considered high-ranking in the void, this was, after all, the first true knowledge level demonic remains Angel had received! That meant that these were all materials of true knowledge level!

In the major auctions of the Wizarding World, materials of true knowledge level were so valuable that their prices were astronomical!

As a demon possessing the rare attribute of “space,” the most precious parts of Seamus were its bones and skin. Its bones could serve as spatial magic materials, priceless beyond measure, while its skin, even if not processed, could serve as a tool to resist chaotic spatial energy merely by draping it over oneself.

Now, the most valuable materials from Seamus were presented right before Angel. How could he not be stirred with excitement?

He walked straight towards the mountain of skeletons in the yard, the cold, Panaces Succubus’ saliva-scented aroma wafting from it made Angel slightly dizzy, a surge of heat rising to his face.

However, the queasiness he had felt before had now completely dissipated, gone without a trace.

Now, he could hardly wait to pocket these bones still smeared with bloody veins and bits of flesh. If it weren’t for the presence of the demons lurking around, and Hai waiting for his evaluation, he might have indeed done so.

Angel circumambulated the remains of Seamus, suppressing the joy brimming in his heart and conducted a semblance of inspection. Halfway through, unable to restrain himself, he picked up a bone.

Completely unfazed by the frothy saliva that coated it, Angel carefully sensed the energy residing in the bone. Even though Seamus’s spirit had utterly vanished, the awe-inspiring spatial energy still lingered on.

For reasons unbeknownst to him, the spatial energy in this bone gave Angel an uncanny sense of familiarity. Perhaps the saliva of the Panaces Succubus had a bewitching effect, or was it an illusion borne out of the immense emotional upheaval?

Unbothered by the momentary strangeness, Angel indulged in repeatedly examining it, reluctant to let go.

Seeing that Angel showed no signs of stopping, Canaan stepped forward, saying, “Shop owner, the aura left by the remains of this demon is terrifying and should be much more potent than those I bought before.”

Canaan’s implication was clear, hinting to him that there should be no issues with the value.

Only then did Angel raise his head, noticing all the demons in the yard were fixedly watching him. Inside the shop, regardless of how Hai reacted, Angel could sense Fafnir’s icy gaze on him, sizing him up as if with a blade.

After all, Fafnir and Hai were in a tense stand-off earlier, and his current display of favoritism caught Fafnir somewhat off guard.

Angel quickly put down the bone in his hand. Not daring to flaunt his craft, he did not even use cleaning magic, but merely wiped the grime off his hands onto his clothes, before heading back into the shop.

“Wonder if this wee fly would suffice as the fare for my Voyage of Experience?” Hai’s head was perched atop her hand, emanating an allure of tantalizing frailty.

Angel, clearing his throat, nodded in agreement, “Certainly, that wouldn’t pose any problem.”

“It appears that you’re quite smitten with this tiny fly.” A series of giggles echoed in the air, and Hai, batting her flirtatious eyes, suggested, “Actually, there are some leftover bones of demons back at my place yet to be consumed. If you fancy them, why not accompany me home later?”

The implicit invitation roused a flurry of emotions within Angel.

But what caught Angel’s interest was not the hinted proposition, but the partially digested bones mentioned by Hai.

Perhaps among these bones, there existed beings similar to Seamus. After all, Hai’s paramours included several great demons, and considering their formidable strength, wouldn’t the tokens they present to woo Hai be of the highest caliber?

Though Angel was greatly tempted, he ultimately declined Hai’s offer. Disregarding the potential skinning he’d endure from the demoness, the main issue was the likely scrutiny he’d attract from other great demons. Despite the enormous allure, Angel reluctantly shook his head.

“There’s no need, if our guest doesn’t mind, we can commence the Voyage of Experience right now,” Angel quickly steered the conversation back on track. He preferred not to continue with the pleasantries, as it could give rise to uncertainties. If the conversation carried on and Hai suddenly changed her mind, the loss would be immense.

Hai paused momentarily. She was here mainly to investigate this Voyage of Experience, and though she was initially intrigued to toy with this rather interesting native a bit longer, time was not a factor to be begrudged.

“Alright.” Hai agreed with a nod of her head.

The glimmer in Angel’s eyes again surveyed the courtyard, while Canaan also signaled a “no problem” gesture to Angel, evidently all the demons in the yard were well-prepared.

With a light-hearted chuckle, Angel stated, “Ladies and Gentlemen, I implore you to let down your guard and refrain from resistance…The voyage of the Rhythm of the Ocean’s enlightening experience, now commences.”

With the sound of Angel’s words cascading into silence, an enigmatic rhythm enveloped the gathered demons. This pulsation carried a mild aura of water magic, which subconsciously eased the defensive walls in the demons’ minds, and guided them into a strangely captivating ocean illusion.

Having ensured that all demons, including Hai, had submerged themselves in the Rhythm of the Ocean, Angel could no longer contain his exuberance. He dashed towards the courtyard, his face etched with pure joy.

Fixating on the monstrous remnants on the ground with glittering eyes, he unabashedly began collecting these skeletal remains.

“Haven’t seen much of the world, have you, petty human? This tiny insect is enough to delight you?” Fafnir’s scornful grumble echoed from behind.

Being the subject of ridicule did nothing to perturb Angel, nor did Fafnir’s biting words faze him. In fact, he even managed to silently retort, with Hai referring to Seamus as a small fly, only for Fafnir to instantly insist it was a mosquito.

“As a petty human, I would appreciate a multitude of these mosquito bones,” Angel quipped back, his eyes twinkling like a crescent moon.

Fafnir huffed in response, mumbling about the lack of worldliness, but her eyes shimmered with the hues of contemplation.

Elsewhere, in the courtyard, Canaan, playing the part of the invisible demon, automatically overlooked the term “human” from their conversation. Despite having internally accepted Angel’s human identity, she knew, in La Sutherland, humans could absolutely not exist. Hence, for Canaan, Angel could only be a native inhabitant.

“Shop owner, should I cleanse the area with water?” Canaan remembered the flash of revulsion in Angel’s eyes when he first glimpsed the bones on the ground.

“No need.” At this moment, Angel could hardly care less about the saliva from the Panaces Succubus clinging to the surface of the bones. When he set his personal feelings aside, he realized that the succubus’s saliva was in fact a rare and valuable material.

Water-based succubi are incredibly rare entities — at least, Angel has found no record of them in the Wizarding World. This saliva, laced with a cool, unusual fragrance, could be distilled into a unique perfume according to the analysis of the Eye of Nalda.

Within the circle of witches, the rarer or more limited a substance, the more exorbitantly priced it becomes.

Imagine if a witch knew that this scent was extracted from a scarce water-based succubus. The value could skyrocket beyond comprehension.

Moreover, even if the saliva is not used to concoct perfume, it can still be mixed with other ingredients to create a potent aphrodisiac potion. Angel did not consider the seductive aspect of this elixir, focusing instead on an academic study of it.

Many materials, in fact, require the combination of an aphrodisiac potion to achieve the desired result.

Take, for example, the lovemaking gland fluid from a Black Fragrant Deer, which only releases during the animal’s mating season – an event that occurs only once every few years. Wizards cannot wait for the deer’s mating season, so they need to use an aphrodisiac potion instead.

Angel processed the mountain of skeletons with remarkable speed, taking less than two minutes. He separated not only the drool from the Panaces Succubus and the remaining blood and flesh on the bones but also sorted the bones according to their energy levels before depositing everything into his bracelet.

Seeing the massive amount of treasured demonic materials in his bracelet, Angel felt a sense of satisfaction.

While Angel was in a state of contentment, Hai, who was sitting in the shop, suddenly underwent a change. A deep blue glow burst forth from her body!
